what I have learned today

Today I read the first chapter of Dr. lee's book "make time as your friend". The author told me my brain is not me. In other words, my brain and me are totally different. My brain is only an employee of myself.(my own understanding)
I think three views about how to control people's own brain are very useful for me. The first one is record your pains. You must record those painful experiences on your notebook or your electronic memory drive. Moreover, you should review those for time to time. Only in this way we can conquer our weakness for forgetting our previous pains easily, and then we can learn some lessons from those pains which will help us not make the same mistake in the future.
The second view is try to lessen or allay the degree of pains when you encounter some painful things. The depression is the intuitively reaction of you brain and most of time it is overreacted. I think I will try to learn how to control my own emotion, of course, which is very hard to implement.
The third one is to postpone the satisfaction of yourself. As far as I am concerned, I should be more self-discipline. I always indulge myself into the cravings for lots of trifles.
Anyway, what I have learned are : Recording pains, Lessening pains, Self-discipline, Emotion Control!
