I think I can solve the proportional fair problem using game theory

The problem remaining is how to build a reasonable utility function for every user. What I thought now is the utility function of each user should be the sum of it's logarithm and other users' logarithm which would interfere with it if they use the same channel. The potential function should be the sum of all the users' logarithm. Only in this way, the difference in individual payoffs for each player from individually changing one's strategy ceteris paribus(Cēterīs paribus is a Latin phrase, literally translated as "with other things the same) has to have the same value as the difference in values for the potential function.
That what I thought now.
